I need information on a Visa Gift card.?

Question

Its basically like a credit card , but with no age limit correct?

Could i buy stuff online with it and set up a pay pal account ?

Also reload at the location where i got it from?

yes you can used visa gift card to buy,or set up an account with pay pal.

no it does not have age limit but after 12 months they will start to charge you monthly fee for $2 and maintenance fee too.

so it's better to use in the first year.

I'm not sure about the lack of an age limit.  But not many cashiers even look at the name on the card, much less check it against an I.D.

You can usually use it to buy things online, although most systems are set up for permanent credit cards.

There's very little chance you can use it to open a Paypal account.  You might be able to, but I doubt it.  Gift cards don't list your name or address, and they need that on Paypal.  They also use it as a guarantee that you can and will pay them back, and they can't with a card with no strings attached, per se.

There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to reload the card where you bought it.  But I'm not sure, so check the terms and conditions if they provided you with such, or give them a call.
