Need to know its function of its organelles, such as:-

Rough ER

Gogi body

Secretory vesicles

Lysosomes

Zymogen Granules (Digestive enzymes)

Especially the last 3 of above, I'm not quite sure what each of them do (and do they all come from the Golgi body?)

Can someone please help or recommend websites

  1. Serous cells, exemplified by pancreatic acinar cells, are glandular epithelial cells specialized for exocrine enzyme secretion.

A serous cell's cytoplasm is visibly polarized, with basophilic basal cytoplasm and variously-staining secretory vesicles (zymogen granules) concentrated in apical cytoplasm.  The basal basophilia is due to a concentration of protein synthetic organelles (ribosomes on rough endoplasmic reticulum).  The Golgi apparatus is usually located midway along the cell, typically in a supranuclear position.
