I need information on data entry recruiters and how it works?

There are two ways to go about it: Online (scam) and in the real world (legit).

Online, you pay a site some money, they give you a list of companies who may or may not be looking for typists, and then you never hear from them again. It's a list you could compile yourself for free.

In the real world, you submit your resume to a staffing agency, who will test your typing speed and accuracy as well as your ability in a handful of common office computer applications. When a job placement comes in that you can do, they call you and tell you when and where to show up. The placements are usually temporary (up to a year) and are paid by the hour.
