A friend of mine made a 4.00 point GPA and she really need a scholarship since she cannot pay her tuition. She is very intelligent and any information on how she can go about it will be highly appreciated.

Does he/she have 4.0 in undergraduate or graduate? Is your friend international or US citizen. its easy for US nationals to get scholarships. If international there are few sites.
