I need instructions to do exposed agregated concrete?

I'm doing exposed agregated concrete and i need to know what kind of tool do i have to use, do i have to use magnesium trowel or wood, or metal, and how long do i have to wait and how much retardant do i have to use

you are on the right track. Mag float to begin with. then a steel float which seals of the concrete. when you are happy with how smooth the concrete is ,spray it with the retarder

If it is hot where you are I suggest you clean the cement off the same day. on colder conditions the next morning

A water blaster the next day but use it gently or from a distance. It is not difficult  It is all a timing thing  that is where experience comes in
