I need ipod help, its not playing the whole song, but on itunes it does :(

well i downloaded this song from a myspace music page onto my computer, and its saved in the "windows media player", or something like that. when i put it on itunes it plays the whole song, but when i get it on my ipod it plays 17 seconds. and when i skip to lyk 1 mintue it plays for a second but then tottaly skips the song. can anyone help me fix the song or something?

i know exactly what your talking about. i had that exact same problem. the file is messed up. so what you need to do is get the song from another source like itunes, limewire, or some other downloading service. downloading it again from myspace won't work.
