I need ipod help. please help me (:?

my ipod wont do anything but scroll up and down, i try to click something and it doesnt work, it wont even turn off. what should i do?

By the way, i scanned my computer for viruses because i do use limewire, and i updated my ipod. what should i do? please help.

I think it's your iPod and not a software issue. Take it back to an Apple store.

press and hold the menu button and the center button at the sametime until it restarts. If it still doesnt work, Restore it

try holding the menu button and the middlebutton for aslong as it takes to turn off.

doing this will restart ur ipod...
