I need it gone!!! NOW!!!?

ok so i'v been try'n to lose weight for ages and dont get me wrong i was doin well but now i'm stuck!! i cant seem to lose anymore! i'm not puting it back on either but i need to lose al least another 8 pounds to get to my goal!

so really i need someway [that every1 wont really notice] to lose weight!!!

i know this sounds awful but i really dont care if its not a healthy way to lose weight once i lose it!!

please dont give me the whole work-out more eat less!! as this is NOT working!!

i dont care wat i hve to do.....i've a month ta lose it and want it gone!!1

can any1 make up a plan for me or something????

[plz plz dont just go eat healthy or something like that!]

  2. if you don't want to do it the healthy way, then I say take those fiber pills that give you the runs!  Oh and maybe don't eat!

Okay sweetie what you do is you go to a heath foods store and buy allot of healthy but good tasting foods and you eat 8 small meals a day and within two weeks you should be at your goal but make sure you eat all three food groups start with veggies then go to the meat and then the starch other wise it wont be that easy to lose the weight or digest our food but make sure you eat like 2 small snacks that r good for u in between every mean including after breakfast but not right away if your hungry and its not an actual meal that you are going to have eat something small than in an hour eat the meal..

  4. What I did for my weight was I stopped eating bread and sweets. It really works, but it gives you a h**l headache for a couple of days. Another solution is to eat when you are hungry, wait 20 minutes, and then you aren't hungry anymore. Try Protein Bars for both solutions.

  5. is your goal for a different size, or is it for weight?

    for size: there really isnt anything but exercise. different exercises do different things for different places in your body.

    for example: if you want more of an hourglass shape, the best thing to do is to lay down on your side, and try to lift yourself up using only your elbows. be sure to keep your spine and legs in a straight line. resistance training is the best for this.

    legs: running, riding a bike, lunges. all of them work for toning your legs. something to get your calf muscles is to stand on your stairs -only with your toes- and try to balance on your tip-toes. use the edge of the stairs, and go from below, to tip-toed.

    if its weight you're trying to lose, then you have to eat right (not necassarily less.) eat 'better' foods.

    the exercises for weight-loss are easier to do. swimming, such as doing laps, is one of the best things to do, as it burns the most calories. you are trying to work mostly on cardio with this, with very little resitance.

  6. Look, its almost crazy to lose 8 lbs in 1 month!

    U'd have to not eat for like 8 days and then maybe... but, DON'T DO THAT PLEASE!

    Just eat things like grilled chicken and low fat foods and U know, This is what I eat and people say I'm underweight... which isn't good but, still! I'm happy with the way I eat!

    BREAKFAST:

    Half of a bagel with peanut butter and bannana slices and a glass of milk

    (But, feel free to have a whole bagel! Or have special K cereal! or whatever u want!)

    LUNCH: Choices,

    Turkey or Grilled Chicken or Bologna, or Spaghetti or White Rice or Fried Rice or anything low fat. I just chose one of those things. and a drink

    (but, eat anything u want!)

    Snack: (sometimes)

    Cheez Its or

    Fruit or Veggies

    DINNER:

    Chicken and Mashed Potatoes or

    Spaghetti or White Rice or Fried Rice or Anything low fat. I just chose one of those things with sometimes some sort of side like bread or egg roll or corn or something

    (but, eat anything u want!)

    DESSERT:

    Ice Cream (u coould have anything u want for dessert tho!)

  7. You're at least 20 pounds underweight based on what you describe...you can't lose any more weight because your vital organs need nutrition to work...you could end up with liver, kidney and heart damage!

    You need to rethink your goal, it's completely unrealistic!

    No chocolate or junk food, and go running everyday. In a sweatshirt, even if it is 100 degrees outside, sweating helps you lose weight

  10. Well if you were losing weight easily before and now it just seems like its going no where, it probably means your body is at its goal weight. (Though I can't verify this as I don't know your current height or weight). There isn't a lot your gonna be able to do unless you get anorexic on yourself and start throwing up your food (I don't recommend this) Just try sticking to your diet and all the stuff you have been doing.

    Edit: Oh my gosh your kidding me. You cannot be serious. You shouldn't even be trying to lose weight if your only that height and weight. Stop trying!

  11. You've posted this under adolescents which makes me think you are under 18. You should know that it's really not a good idea to go on crazy diets under 18. If you feel that you need to loose weight, you should talk to your parents and doctor. If they agree with you, they can set you up with a nutrionist who can help you set up a good healthy meal plan.

    I know you don't want to hear this, but your statement about how you don't care if what people have for suggestions are healthy or not really makes me wonder if you have issues with your body image. Your statements really do border as on the way to an eating disorder. You may want to bring this up with your doctor as well.

  12. unhealthy ? okay then not so safe but i got the answers as i told another person awhile ago...its called the m&v diet. so you switch on and off between a full day of milk and then a full day of vegetables. so monday:just milk tuesday:just vegetables . sounds gross ? ... one of my closet friends did it and shes always been slightly over weight and let me tell you she did it for about a month and she looks amazing ! now she sticks to all salads and is back on a healthy nutritionous diet.g00dluck[=

  15. The reason you aren't losing weight when you work out is that muscle weighs more than fat. So, if you lose one pound of fat and gain one pound of muscle, you'll be skinnier, but you won't have lost any weight. So is your goal to lose weight, or be skinnier? If it's to lose weight, work out less and eat healthier food. If it's to be skinnier, then work out more and eat healthier food.

    *Edit: I read your additional information, and you're probably skinnier than you should be already. You sound like you have a body image problem - go see a doctor or a nutritionist or a therapist or something.

  17. Wow, let's see.  You don't want me to give you a diet plan or an exercise technique.  Your only options are to become an anorexic WHICH I DO NOT RECOMMEND!  

    Maybe your body isn't fit it be any thinner.

    What I do recommend is to do 50 crunches and oblique crunches every morning when you wake up and every night when you go to bed.  It works.

  18. I dont think you should concentrate so much on the # but more on the size. Im sure you already know that muscle weighs more than fat. . . have you tried targeting an area... like the stomach and doing exercizes for this area? if its a dress your trying to fit into then work on the parts that dont fit.

  20. your body isnt loosing weight anymore because its at a healthy weight for itself. I know you dont want to hear this. but you will only reach your goal using unhealthy ways. to me, thats not much of acheving something.

  21. A really quick way to loose is to go on an entirely smoothie diet, but not just one smoothie a day I did four a day for a month and lost thirteen pounds in a little over a month. (with regular excersizing). It's not super healthy for you, but the answer to weight loss is NOT to starve yourselve. EAT and WORKOUT!
