  1. What kind of skills do you have?  If you have some skills you can get a job quite easily.  I suggest you go there and discover  for yourself.  You can get a three month tourist visa.  Upon which time you should have an idea on what you want to do.  

    After that you can go and apply for a visa or return to India and return to Japan after you get your visa approved.  Or you can extend your stay.  You can go to the Indian embassy and inquire in Tokyo.
