I need legal advice in starting my ebay company?

I am looking to sell on ebay, but I need a clear idea in doing so, I am a novice and dont really have experience as to go about this.

Just go to EBay.com.  They have a step by step tutorial on selling and buying.  It's not all it's cracked up to be.  I've been selling some of my left over product from a small business I ran.  Buyers on eBay want everything real cheap.  EBay fees are very high.  Not everything sells and you still have to pay a fee.  By the time you are done it averages about 20% for eBay.  That is a high percentage.

  3. Your tax number will be your social security number. You will not have to collect sales tax unless the items are sold to buyers in your state. And the whole process of starting on Ebay is very well explained by them as you go.
