Well, legally that will be hard, you will have to get a job, which at your age pays really badly and you'll probably be saving forever.

Best way to get that much money, unfortunately, are the less than legal ways. Save some money and gamble in hopes you make more- maybe race snowmobiles for money or "winner takes all" (think Fast and the Furious). Selling drugs is always a good choice for quick money.  

Online poker or other gambling if you can get an older person to sign you up.

Your options are probably limited to illegal stuff, sadly, if you want the money quickly.

If you're willing to work and save it up- maybe you could do something that has a big profit margin. Think buying stuff cheap and reselling it at a higher value by fixing it up.

get a job, apply for scholarships and grants, hold fundraising events, try and get sponsorship for you sport... there are all kinds of ways! i managed to get $6000 this year to go to nationals (skating)... good luck! remember, every little bit counts

You are not going to be able to.  Not by winter at least.  Get a job and start saving up, but it will take a few years.
