I have seen so many pony tails, pig tails, braids, french braids, etc. And I would LOVE some unique and easy things I can do to my girls' hair for school this year. I have 2 girls to style each morning so quick and easy is essential!

Links are much appreciated!!

Please and thank you!!

  1. Im not sure what these are called but I bought them at Sallys , they are long spiral curl rod looking curlers that come in many different colors (I like the orange ones the best, we have tried many of the others) you put them in at night after the kids shower and then they sleep in them , next you take them out when they wake up and shake it out and it looks amazing! They are a foamy feeling curler its like the modern day sponge curler I guess.

My girls also love when I make them crazy buns (at least thats what they call them lol) I put their hair in to funky buns and they love it. All you need is bobby pins and two pony's wa~la

  2. send me a message with your emaila ddress and I'll send you pics.  My and my step daughter always try new things and take pics!

  3. Try google,

corn rolls can be done once and last a long time and u can do a lot of cool designs. So are twisties they are easy for me to do, lots of girls in the family so i got a lot of practice. just experiment on your free time.

  4. i know how you feel, i have a 9 year old sister and i have to do her hair

a flipover is a fun and easy twist from a normal ponytail. works best with long hair, just make a low ponytail first. poke a hole with your fingers in the middle of the pulled hair right above the ponytail. then pull the ponytail through and tighten. try to do it smoothly, and it looks really neat

my sister also likes "braided headbands". make a braid above one ear, cross over top of child's head like a headband and pin behind other ear.

double ponytails are great too. just gather some hair from top of head in a small ponytail, tie with scrunchie. gather rest of hair and small ponytail with another scrunchie. very cute! :)

    good luck
