  1. cheese and been quesadillas...I use the veggie/spinach tortillas. I keep bags of frozen veggies on hand. Anything with any type of noodles or pasta. Grill cheese. My babe was eating anything I was except steak and spicy foods.

  2. Really she can eat anything you do: casseroles, spaghetti, hamburger, canned veggies. (put foods in food processor or blender if too large and bulky)

When you make spaghetti sauce with meat, take a little meat out for her.  Let her try it plain and then add some sauce so she can try it that way, too.

Canned coin carrots, peas, green beans

    Pieces of block cheese

Cheerios with pureed baby food mixed in

Really, any cereal.  I pour the dry cereal directly on my son's tray and add a little milk, mix it around and he picks them up piece by piece. Loves it!

Well steamed broccoli and cauliflower florets

    Tater tots

Toast spread with jelly and cut up into tiny pieces

mini goldfish crackers, pretzel sticks, animal crackers

graham crackers with a thin spread of peanut butter

    yogurt

That's all I can think of right now... have fun feeding! :)

  3. toast with jam  and a side of yogurt

    scrambled cheesy eggs with hashbrowns

frozen blueberries (awesome for teething and rich in antioxidants too)

    banana and yogurt

    english muffin pizza

mac n cheese with peas or broccoli

    baked chicken parmesan

octopus hotdog (cook hotdog and slit it to look like an octopus)

    meatballs and swirly noodles

    melted cheese sandwich

chicken noodle soup (with or without broth)

lots of soft fruits to gnaw on

  4. chicken/beef/veggie curry

    chili

    chicken casserole

pizza (taco pizza, bbq/ranch chicken pizza, normal pizza)

    grilled chicken, baked potatoes, veggies

    chicken/beef fajhitas

You can make some pretty interesting meals by combining different foods from each food group.  Take a couple of veggies, add some protein (cheese, meat, or beans), and some grain/starch (potatoes, pasta, rice, bread) and maybe some fruit on the side and see what you can come up with.

  5. oatmeal, cream of wheat or grits

  6. mashed up cereal

  7. I fix my kids whatever we have for supper but I always make sure there is fruits and veggies at least one meal of the day. Canalope, watermelon, corn, green beans, etc. Also for a snake make her/him a fruit smoothy, those are healty and might enjoy it.
