Try the website Prosper.com they are private lenders that will loan out $1000 to $25000 to people with a good story. From what I can tell lenders will bid on the opportunity to loan you cash depending on the reason you need it. It's worth a try if you really need the money.

Increase you income, or control your expenditure... if you can SAVE some cash somehow it'll free some up and hopefully make it a bit easier getting the money together.
