being poor sucks.i'm also studying abroad my first semester (florence!!!) sooo i need money. i was watching truelife today on mtv and it was about this girl 21 i think, super poor and supporting her family. i know there is people worst off but it makes me sooo angry to see other people living the life i.e. the hills... they are so rich and don't know what you go through when you are poor. i can't even afford to go to prom, and i need money to pay for my intent to register form (deadline may 1st) what should i do??? i need money, can some nice caring person give money to a young, beautiful, smart, mexican, overachieving girl, who wants to do something amazing with her life and eventually give back to whoever will need my help in the future????????? please, i'll be your bff :)

Well going to Florence is not the brightest idea, if you cant pay your internet.  I suggest you go to a community college and fill out a FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov

No one is just going to give you money so you can go study in florence. That deff wasn't a smart idea. When you were looking at colleges you should have looked at what you can afford over where you would rather go. I would have loved to to study abroad but i just didn't have the money for it so i didn't do it. It's as easy as that. I figure i can get my education, start makin the big bucks, and then travel where ever i desired to.Now all i have to say to you is good luck with the student loans cause you'll have a lot.

Just go to a community college or just a less expensive college and don't watch MTV, that will dumb you down. Watch something that makes you thinks instead of the constant idiotic stimulations from Rock of Love or Flavor Flav.
