  1. i remember high school days my and my friends ALWAYS had to look our best and we used to go to the bathroom just to check ourselves in the mirror and i think i obsessed about it too much, now i look bad and i wish i could of focused more on my studies and got better grades then focusing on hair, clothes and makeup.

  2. some times. you might not want advice, but here's some believe in yourself. Not others.

  3. Nope, I don't remember most of it

I worked really hard and worried about everything and all that work and worry did nothing for me

I went to a very ordinary college nearby cause my parents didn't want to bother with anything else & I got a full scholarship, but that didn't really help me any (just saved them some money, which wasn't a big deal; Not like a family where folks say, oh wow, you saved us this money and it was so important and helped the family out, or anything)

For  you, it may be different. If you do work hard, maybe you can go somewhere good for college . . .

I kept one friend from high school

I think the best thing to do in high school is to not worry and look for opportunities to get involved in things that interest you early

when  you are young you have so many opportunities - check with your guidance counsilor about any opportunites and look for clubs etc. Try to get all the advice and help from you can from resources at your sschool. (But take all advice with a grain of salt, and evaluate it yourself - can't trust these people!)

  4. I address the subject of self confidence & self esteem in section 38 of my website, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz.~shaneris View page E first.

  5. Well...I'm still in highschool myself && I'm not a professional but I think I can help you a bit

    : D

Anywayss. The WORST thing you can do.. is lie.

I know it sounds small but it can lead to hugee problems.

Also, don't put TOO much thought into what you wear.

Becuz then you're gonna look way too OVER done.

If you wear makeup..then make it look NATURAL.

You don't wanna look like one of

those postergirls plastered on the MAC makeup stand.

Just simple foundation && maybe some blushh && eyeliner

It's really simple && It doesn't take too long.

I kno this is gonna sound real stoopid but BE YOURSELF

It's like all I've heard my entire life but it's worth it.

I wish yooh good luck && have fun!!

Remember, don't take it too seriously.

It's highschool && ur still youngg!

    xx

  6. You're not alone. High school is a tough time for everyone. Despite what some of the other students at school want you to think, trust me, they are feeling pretty insecure as well. (Some people just hide it better.) It will get better. After you graduate, you're never going to see half of those people again. No one is going to care about what you wore or what grade you got in your year nine English test or whatever. In the meantime, just chill and remember that high school isn't going to be the most important part of your entire life.

  7. My only regret is not caring more about learning.  I never obsessed "too much" over what I wore, but everyone else sure seemed to.  I think everyone was lacking confidence in those days, although, some still are.  I mostly remember the good teachers and classes, but friends too.  Good friends are hard to find, so a few have kept in touch.  That's what myspace and facebook is good for.  Anyhow, for some weird reason, I just didn't realize how important a good education was until, well, now.

  8. I graduated some time ago, but it seems like yesterday. I will always remember those days. I wore clothes that were pretty much in style, but I didn't like looking like everyone else. I had some of the best times of my life in high school and remember how proud I was when I walked across that stage to receive my diploma. We all went through those mood swings...hang in there and make lots of good memories!!
