does anybody know any websies or books where they have all the princes, princesses,kings and queens that were alive all over the world..

This website lists many countries which have monarchies as their form of government:

However, there may also be some countries where there are royal families which no longer have any political or public role (such as Greece).

It would involve quite a lot of research finding them all, so in the meantime this is a good place to start!
