I need more power sources in my car! (cigarette lighter slots)?

So I get my drivers license tomorrow and i'm excited about driving, but my truck only has one 12v power source slot, (cigarette lighter jack) and I was wondering if there was anyway to get more of these slots that wouldn't cost too much? like how a power strip plugs into one outlet in your home but provides 6.

I need an fm transmitter and phone charger for my car, so really one more slot would be fine. Does anyone know what i could do here?

Yes, you can get an adapter (I've seen 3 into 1) but I suspect you can probably get a 4 into 1 as well.
