  1. Yes.

    Stop thinking about the things you don't like about yourself. Remember the things you do like. For example what you're good at and what you've accomplished so far. You can write it down if you want and whenever you feel even the slightest bit bad about yourself look at what you've written down.

    Love yourself. Or at least accept yourself the way you are. Then the self esteem will come by itself :)


  2. Make a list of everything you like about yourself, use them to re-enforce you. Then make a list of everything that makes you scared or self-conscious, and work on overcoming them.

  3. Chances are you're feeling low on self esteem for a reason...

    Put whatever it is to the back of your mind - take a minute to focus, think about the best things about you, and the things you do well. Try to feel confident, and maybe even do these things if you think it will help. (i.e. if you cook the best cookies in the world, go cook some cookies, not everyone is a good cook y'know).

    Alternatively, go have a shower, groom yourself, make yourself feel clean and s**y. Put on some music that will relax you or give you a boost.


  4. Avoid Law as a 'major'.

  5. Unfortunately, one can't buy self-esteem but feeling so may ensure it!
