Someone said they have seen guys waiting in the parking lots for their loved ones to check the oil in their car for them and so what does this have to do with my dad only checking the oil in my moms car for her once a month when he hardly ever checks his?

i dont get it either.. maybe he is more concerned with you moms well being than his. or maybe he just doesnt trust her to keep up her car or in my family is normal for the men to check the womans oil or work on her car.

it means those pipes are clean now.  I would "check the oil" in a more discrete location then a parking lot though

I have answered your question before. Your dad checks the oil levels in your mom's car once a month because it is part of normal car maintenance and because he loves your mom. Why does this bother you so much?
