The answer, grasshopper lies from within. Motivation comes from the personal satisfaction of knowing that you are in control of your life, your work, and your personal affairs. It is also the best form of motivation because it does come from within. The basis of motivation is wanting. Wanting is good because it creates the foundation for motivation. Motivation in turn causes action [for example to go to ITT and be a great student].  Action lastly brings about results. Take the time to reflect internally. Organize your successes and failures. Concentrate on a long range plan with milestones on which you can measure your success. Only you can really motivate yourself. Approach each day with a desire to make a difference....carpi diem! I believe once your realize motivation comes from within your life will be fuller and more satisfing. Good luck grasshopper.
