i need a list of Type 2 legal blue and/or white power increasers with converted mana costs of 1 or 2

for mistmeadow skulk

if ur goal is not to get it killed u can use a slagwurm armour, sword of the meek or holy strenght may work, if u got the mula u can get some glorious anthems and coat of arms if its a kithkin deck ur running or unstable mutations and u can just unsummon it when it wants to die.

well u should check anyways this just of the top of my head. i think they have all been printed/reprinted not so long ago.

Creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn. If you control a Kithkin, draw a card.

Wizened Cenn-Creature WW

Other Kithkin creatures you control get +1/+1.

Most everything else is CMC 3 or 4.

The best would probably be:

Thistledown Liege-Creature 1(W/U)(W/U)(W/U)

Flash

Other white creatures you control get +1/+1.

Other blue creatures you control get +1/+1.
