  1. 9 times out of 10 most computer come with a recovery cd that came with the computer or it says during boot up push a button to start recovery process

  2. Did the computer come preinstalled with Windows? Mine did and I went on the manufacturers website and found how to enter restore interface  boot up. After this my computer was really fast.

  4. Hi

first go to control panel in start menu > open add and remove programs> then install all those stuff you feel that is not important or you are not going to use any more.

be careful while doing this you may unknowingly uninstall system files like audio drivers and may more

  5. use Advanced personal care software to wipe out unwanted debris in you PC.

It also optimizes your system and increase your system speed.

  6. Warm greetings to your Anne! In this case my suggestion would be as follows:

If the operating system is Windows XP turn off your computer completely. Restart during restart press F8 (Function key) so that your PC will boot in safe mode. Once the PC is booted in safe mode. Click on Start - Run type %TEMP% and delete everything under that, then in the Run type Temp do the same. Then in the run command type prefetch and delete everything under it.

Open My Computer - under the right click on C drive go to properties do a complete disk clean up. Once these steps are been done. Under the Run command type MSCONFIG under this go to Start Up  & Disable all the items. Now restart the PC & you will find the difference. If you still face any problem write to me I will provide you on-line instructions. Also please do a full system virus scan.
