I need my nails to grow quick..?

I plan on getting a Manicure and Pedicure on Tuesday. But since I bit/picked my nails they are really short. Is there anything I can use to make them longer? Like a recipe? Oh I also have Nutra Nail Bullet proof strength if that would make my nails grow quicker..

Get acrylics. Instant length and they won't break/ you can't chew them. Also, the polish lasts waaaay longer on acrylics!

I don't know if your nails will grow quicker, but to prevent them from breaking so they will have a chance 2 grow is to get an over-lay on ur natural nail. And by the time a week passes they'll have grown. Trust me i do the same thing and i have witch finger nails.

Whoever is saying that putting them in water works, it doesn't. It just makes your nails more brittle and easier to break and does no good for them. Im a classical guitarist and I use rosebud salve to keep my nails strong. Eat lots of protein and try gelatin. It really helps speed up the growth. make sure u file them when they have a snag or something like that.I know it sounds weird but if you get open grit sandpaper to keep them smooth that also helps to keep them from snagging and ripping. but make sure its open grit!

i use this amazing product called Nailtiques...get #2...they make my nails grow fast and they make them hard. I get it at my local CVS...it's 10 bucks for a small bottle but worth every penny

There are products like the one of Sally .. Hard as Nails , everywhere like in CVS pharmacy ..and cut your cuticle  trust me it helps. hope it works good luck

EAT PROTEIN! Keratin is the main ingredient in the growth of nails and hair. Eating protein, such as fruits and veggies will probably make your nails grow faster.

Prenatal vitamins seem to help hair & nails grow a bit faster. You can get them anywhere they sell different types vitamins like a pharmacy or larger grocery store.

There is not really anything you can do to make them grow that quick.. Try taking Vitamin E to help them grow.

Not sure if it really worked but I dip my nails and hands in some really warm-hot water until the water becomes coldish. Then I pour out the water, and repeat for like 3 times total. And then flush them in cold water for 5 minutes.

Feels like it works for me, try it though.
