I want to take advantage of all the back to school sales, but finding clothes has always been difficult for me and I'd rather not have to hit every store in the mall only to emerge with two items of clothing that fit. My problem is that I fit into pretty much every size minority possible. I'm rather petite (5'), but my legs are so short even petite pants/skirts are too long for me sometimes; my preferred inseam is 28" or 29". I also have very small hips; my hip measurement is 33" inches. I usually have to purchase pants in sizes 00, 0 or kid's size 14, which is fairly hard to find, as I don't want to look too trampy or juvenile (it seems all of the 0/00 size clothing is designed to be either one or the other, and obviously girl's clothing is designed for young girls). But finding tops is always the hardest part for me. I have broad shoulders, but a short torso. I also have a big bust (37", bra size 28G) and a small/average waist (26"). I wouldn't call myself skinny, but I am relatively thin. Most size charts would put my waist size at a 2/3/XS, but my bust at a 10/11/L. I own tops and dresses in both these sizes and all the sizes in between, and only one of them fits like it is supposed to (this dress, in British size 8 Really/Super Curvy, which I believe is the equivalent of a US size 2 or 4, only with a larger bust: http://www.bravissimo.com/products/clothing/dresses-and-skirts/bravissimo/bh34-details.aspx?colour=Dark+Red ). I am very frustrated, as I want to wear form fitting clothing, but am forced to wear baggy clothes to accommodate my bust.

As of right now I do most of my shopping at Kohl's, as their juniors sizes fit me quite well (I'm a 0 in their bottoms, which are a bit long but otherwise fit perfectly, and most of the tops that I've purchased there are mediums, but they are very loose around the waist). I'd be content to continue shopping there, but does anyone out there know of stores that are more petite friendly, small size friendly, and big bust friendly? I'd prefer to buy all of my clothes at one place, but if I can find one store for bottoms and one store for tops I will be happy. I'm not rich, so I'd prefer something with a reasonable price range similar to that of Kohl's, or at the highest, that of Macy's. I also prefer to dress conservatively, but I am in my late teens so I do not want to dress like I'm 50. I don't like ordering internationally, but I will if I have to.

Sorry if I ranted a bit. Thank you in advance!
