I need paint suggestions for my bedroom!!?

I am wanting to do my bedroom in something like this

However, with the furniture and tables we have chosen I have to do a taupe or tan in the living room. I don't really know if its a good idea to have all the rooms about the same color. We are getting a dark brown leather headboard/footboard and a dark wood dresser and nightstands. I thought of doing an aqua color like Sherwin Williams "interesting aqua" or "tranquil aqua" with white or tan linens...But I just don't know. I'm not sure if those colors would be too much or not. Any suggestions? I need help BAD! haha

You could paint it the color in the picture and have the aqua be on one wall, or maybe two opposite walls...... it's an accent wall. Good luck to you!
