I need period help, please.?

Okay i am supposed to start my period soon. But this is kinda personal i guess, i just masterbated. uhh like today kinda idk. i mean yeah ok. its kinda personal but. will it affect my period? i mean will it idk. im just really nervous and i need to know thanks.

Affect your period how?  In a bad, scary way? The answer is no.  

In fact, o****m can help lessen cramping.  During an o****m, the v****a and uterus contract.  Those happy contractions can help break up uterine lining and make the period less painful.  I said it CAN, not that it always does.
