I need photobucket help?

I wanted to make a banner for something, so I used paint. I made like 9 diff. parts because I wanted it to be animated or whatever u call it and I heard u could use photobucket's Remix thing to do that. I uploaded all the 9 parts and it shows on my album or whatever, but when I go to Create Remix, it doesnt show any of the photos in the "Add Photos" Sidebar. Why not? I thought it was supposed to. If not, is there any other free websites I could go to that I could make this banner in? Thnx and God Bless!

P.S- Its NOT for Myspace or any of those sites. :)
