I need prank help?

hey yea i'v want to do somthing to my nieghbors like roll them but somthing more differant and wierd

like forking or somthing thanks for all ur help

If you happen to have their key (you're house sitting, watching the dog, ect), you could rearrange their furniture, or for something more subtle, rearrange their silverware and their refrigerator...

I did this to a friend once and she mentioned to me, "Hey, did you do anything to my house? Nothing's missing, but things just feel weird..." lol it's hilarious.

Avoid anything that's illegal: theft, destruction of property, breaking and entering, ect.

It won't be funny if you're sitting in a cell waiting for a parent to bring bail money.

You could mail them random magazines, like Fly Fishing or Ebony (if they're white or racist lol)...

Or send them flowers once a week, same day same times, with different/random notes like, "Thanks for being you!" then "What do you think of Obama?" ect...

Flowers can be expensive so you can just mail random greeting cards...

If you have access to their house, go into the lavatory, lift the lid and seat and stretch saran wrap over the bowl.  Do it as tight as you can without wrinkles.  Then put it back down.  When they sit and use it, it really does give them a shock.
