Okay, so, in the future I definitely want to own, and run a horse farm. I have prior experience, and I've been riding and caring for horses for about 6 years now. But, my question is, if I want to stay close (meaning within 3-5 hours, driving distance) of my parents, near Boston, which state is best to buy an equine property in? I'm not looking for anything fancy, just some places which have a high horse population, and low cost property, meaning an existing house and barn. Thanks so much!
