I need real help.... marriage and money problems!! (Herbal life home business?)?

Question

Me and my husband have a little one on the way and money is always tight for us. My husband is finding ways to make more money and he stumbled across something called Herbal Life (or Lite.) It's a home based business and he sounds like it's a great idea, but he has to buy the products in advance and sell them. I do not like the idea of spending everything we have and making loans to do this, I'm very scared of losing everything as it is, and he is persistent about it. I trust him, but I don't know what we would do if we wouldn't be able to pay our bills.

Recently he got one of those emails saying he won the "lottery" and he really thought he did. He thinks everything is legit. I believe everything is a scam and I wish he was more skeptical. HELP!! What do I do??

you can sell other peoples products without buying them first on the internet.

it's called being an affiliate.

the internet marketing isn't rocket science and you can learn it quite easy.

if you're going to invest in something you risk having in front of your eyes everyday until you sell it all.... I mean if you know a lot of people or you're good at it    ...you were doing it already

if that stuff sits in your house too long it's gonna drive you crazy

I threw lots of money on ebooks and stuff and tried surveys and clickings before I found the only resource I still pay for but that kicks @@@

I know you said that you are not looking for ways to make more money, but I have to share this with you because you sound just like me and my wife (I was the one just like your husband). She would get so mad at me because I always tried the next big internet "thing" and they never worked out. The only way I have found to stop myself from looking for the quick anwer was this program. When you learn how to make the money you need to help out rather than looking for the big score, it seems your mind starts to look a little differently at the meaning of money. As far as the company itself, Herbalife is a legitimate company with publicly traded stock. I don't know much about their products, but this is a multi-level marketing program (sometimes called MLM). In terms of a business model, it's kind of like the game "hot potato." You buy inventory (the hot potato) and hope to pass it on to someone else so you don't get stuck holding it. There are plenty of success stories in MLM, but for every success there are probably a dozen others who end up with a lot of inventory they can't sell. If he isn't a good sales person, chances of success are very low.

Here's an idea you and he may not like, but if he gets a part-time job on weekends, that's certain income. If he works 8 hours lets say on Saturday or 4 hours a couple of nights a week, that's maybe $300 more per month income with no risk. It will be hard, but like you said, there is no free money.
