I took 6 months off for an injury and now I am trying to get back in shape FAST! I need to drop 5-8 lbs of ab fat and build up a little muscle. I am super active...15 miles a week, plyo/isometrics, boxing and grappling... I need some recipes to support my goals. I think moderate to low carbs and simple sugars and no saturated fats. Please post some recipes for me that don't taste like rubber.
