1 block velveeta

1 can rotel

Melt together in microwave.

Pour over tortilla chips.

CHILLI CHEESE DIP (crockpot)

1 can Hormel Chili

1c shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 c sour cream

2 tsp packaged taco seasoning mix

Directions

Throw it all in the crockpot and heat on high till all cheese is melted. Stir occasionally. Set temp to low and serve with tortilla chips.

Meaty Queso

1 block Velveeta cheese

1 16 oz. jar of salsa

1/2 lb. ground meat

hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste

1.Brown the meat in a skillet

2.Melt the cheese in a pot on stove

3.When cheese is fully melted, add the salsa and stir

4.Continue stirring so cheese doesn't burn

5.Gradually add the meat to cheese/salsa mixture

6. Stir in hot sauce, salt and pepper for flavor

Serve in a serving dish/bowl with tortilla chips

Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip

1/4 cup bacon bits (real or artifical, doesn't matter)

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix

1 16 oz. container sour cream

Stir the dip mix and sour cream together, combine. Add the other ingredients, stir well and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

you could also add some finly cut onions if you like
