  1. cook noodles

    heat meat with diced onion peppers and garlic season well in skillet then toss in cooked pasta

  2. Once a sausage is cooked it is almost impossible to add more flavour.

    I would suggest a brown onion gravy and serve cut into bight sized pieces, over cooked noodles.

  3. Follow this recipe....

    Gourmet Chunky Spaghetti Sauce-

    Brown the hamburger in deep pot. Drain fat. Or use ground venison but only if pork has been added.

    Break apart some large green peppers, onions and mushrooms. Add to pot and start browning. Keep them big and chunky. YUM!

    Add 1/2 cup milk

    One jar of Ragu or other sgetti sauce

    Basil -----> TONS OF IT!

    Sage

    Cilantro

    Garlic

    Add your sausage

    Dice them into 1/4" - 1/2" slices and dump in pot. Keep it chunky as possible and dont be stingy on the milk or basil. Whole milk is best since using venison.

    Keep on low and let everything bleed together for about 30 mins.

    Parm cheese (1/2 cup or so but not until almost ready to eat). Stir it in and dont let it melt on the bottom. Thats why you only add right before serving. Fresh or powdered Kraft - same effect.

    Serve over your choice of pasta but I serve it with vermicelli at the restaurant.

    Enjoy!
