I need resume help please.?

Question

I am trying to add my former job to my resume I was a substitute teacher in a daycare center I worked with kids ages 2 to 5 I read to them put out there cots, I was never by myself with them because I always had one or two other teachers with me, I took them on trips things like that But I need help wording that on a resume.. if you have any tips or sites that would be helpful it would be appreciated. thanks.
