I need room decorating advice???

Question

ok well i am 14 and my room is just blah i want it to be colorful but i can't have anything expensive so low budget please! i have kinda small room and i cant paint my walls :( but i can put pictures and stuff up i am also wanting colorful paper lanterns but if you have any ideas they will be gladly appreciated!!!

P.S. this is what my blanket for my bed looks like its the flowers one thankyou.

I think it would be cool if you bought   the 2.99 mirrors (8) and painted them a color from the bedspread and put them on the wall behind the bed-http://viewer.zmags.com/showmag.php?mid=...

I purchased the same mirrors (8) painted them lavender to match the lavender squares in my bedspread. It looks so cool. If you could find round mirrors that would look cool to.

You could also nuy 8 picture frames and glue/place 8 gerber daisys ( you can get silk ones from craft store) in the center of each frame

If that is to expensive you can just make a color copy of each image and put it in a frame.

cut up pictures of magazines n glue them on poster boards

n stuff like dat. its all about posters. o n if u hav a lot of small stuffed animals just making mess, what i did was hang them on the roof with thumbtacks. it looks really awesome!

they have cute mattresses, chairs, lamps, etc.

practically everything you need is there

Get a bunch of pics you like and tape them to your wall in a design like a heart or a peace sign. also get some blank 2 sided cd's from like anywhere and string them together. hang them from your wall or door frame it will look really neat.

if you wanna get paper lanterns go for it. i would get the strings of them and string them whre my wall meets my ceiling.

get the flowers that are next to the bed in the pic. With white plain walls that sort of thing would look good. Au Natural sell these very cheaply- £10!

um.. well all i can tell you is that it's the little things in a room that really count. like chairs maybe a lamp, and pictures but just keep adding new stuff like every week or so to go with the look in your room and in no time you'll have a new look. ps- try garage sales and discount stores. can you have wall paper??
