  2. if its ball handling you have trouble with, kick footy high up in the air and catch it. another thing to do is place 5 cones on the ground all of different colours and but numbers on the cones. then get a mate to call out a colour or a number, you then have to get up from lying on the ground facing the other way 20 meters away from the cone and sprint to them.

  3. Problem with your question lies with no knowledge of yourself. Age Size and skill levels would help answer the question. Barring this info will pass what i know from experience and coaching that i have performed. Dancing, laugh if you wish but you ask for a solution quickly.Go to a dance class you can try one or several different styles.Suggest something lively like South American style Samba and the like . If you want proof of agility you only have to watch TV at present shows like 'so you think you can dance" etc Want to improve even more try BALLET. Don't like these go to a physiotherapist and ask for exercises to strengthen and loosen muscles and joints  Cheers on improving your game
