I need serious help any experts out there??

okay i wanna lose about 20- 25 pounds i love love love to eat and im willing to eat less but everyone's telling me im gettin big! i want to lose evenly proportioned weight maybe 5 pounds off the thieghs and ten off the belly and my arms.. a gym is not an option they're so damm pricy just please help me i'll do anything (healthy) and i live a busy life so please bare with me here

  1. Go to the "On Demand" channel, click "sports and fitness", then click "exercise TV", then choose your workout, you can do it right there in your living room.  I started today.  Good Luck !


  2. yes, weight loss experts even encourages one to eat in order to lose weight very well. the reason is that, if you starve while lossing weight, after the weight loss, your body will come back to gain excess weight again as a revange for having starved it.

Ok The real secret to weight loss is burn off more calories than you take in but make sure to subtract what your body needs in order to maintain cellular function. you can find a calorie calculator online and find out how many calories you require. then you can figure out how many you need to burn off.  calories are your body's fuel! If not used the extra calories will be stored as fat and be used later.     For example I live a very active lifestyle and require about 3,000 calories per day I need to burn off 300-400 calories per day in order to maintain my weight and about 400-500 caloroies per day to lose weight. if I wish to gain weight I would need to burn off 0-299 calories per day.

Eat nothing but skinless chicken breast fillet for 2 weeks straight, literally nothing else.. no sauce.. nothing.. maybe a little bit of tomatoe.. but ull lose around 13kg in the 2 weeks, my partner is a ex body builder and thats how he loses all his fat before competitions! 2 weeks is a short time in a life time.. yeah nothing but chicken sounds bad but the first day is the hardest then its ok.. eat about 7 meals of it a day.. biggest for breaky, none after 6pm.. just pick at the chicken throughout the day if u cant do the 7 meals

  5. why is it bare???you have to eat 5 or 6 small healthy meals a day and drink enough water...at least brisk walk 45-60 minutes a day...
