I need serious help with stomach cramps...?

Everytime i run during Cross COuntry practice i immediately get a stomcach cramp. I drink water whenever we get a break, but i dont drink a whole giant sip, just a little bit. How can i avoid these "stitches" and cramps without carrying something with me while i run?

  1. You can't just wait until practice to drink water, its important to carry a water bottle with you though out the day and drink from it, try to drink at least  three times the amount of the water bottle throughout the day, all the way until an hour before practice starts. Also refrain from Nachos and Soda. That's how i used to get the pains, but it sounds like it can be lactic acid build up to me. But remember it is more important to drink water before practice than it is during practice.


  2. strech and drink sum H2O before you run and drink a little more in brakes
