4 cups ginger ale, chilled

4 cups mango nectar, chilled

2Pour into tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon slices.

Peachy Iced Tea Sangria

5 cups cold water

1 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon Crystal Light peach tea drink mix (1 tub of Crystal Light)

2 peach, sliced

1 cup raspberry

1 cup blueberry

1Stir water and juice into tea mix in large pitcher until mix is dissolved.

2Stir in fruit.

3Serve over ice.

4This makes 7 1 cup servings.

For an adults-only version, omit 1/2 cup water and add 1/2 cup peach liqueur or vodka.

1 ounce pineapple juice

Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri

1 ounce fresh lime juice

3 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup (or fresh)

1-3 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)

1Fill a blender with cracked ice. Add lime juice, strawberries, and sugar. Blend until smooth. You may add a little water if too thick. Pour into a chilled glass.

2Garnish with an extra strawberry or an orange slice. Enjoy!

Jell-o Lime Margarita (Virgin) Smoothie

1/2 cup boiling water

1 package lime Jell-O gelatin

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk

1/2 cup canned pineapple tidbit, drained (fresh can be substituted)

Directions

1In a blender, pour in boiling water then gelatin powder.

2Cover and blend for a couple of seconds; scrape sides of container.

3To blender, add the ice cream, milk, and pineapple; also add a few handfuls of crushed ice.

4Replace cover and blend until smooth; serve immediately.

Baby Bellini - Virgin Cocktail

chilled sparkling apple cider

2 ounces peach nectar

1 ounce fresh lemon juice

Directions

1Pour the fruit juices into a chilled champagne flute.

2Stir well.

3Add cider to the rim.

4Stir again gently.

Virgin Berry Mojito

3-4 fresh raspberries

2 lime wedge

5 leaves fresh mint

2-3 teaspoons sugar

crushed ice

club soda

Directions

1In a 8-12 oz. glass, with the back of a spoon, mash the berries, lime wedges, mint and sugar until well blended. You can remove the mint, or alternatively, blend the berries, lime juice(from wedges), mint and sugar in a blender.

2Add crushed ice, a splash of lime juice and club soda to fill the glass.

3Shake. Garnish with a lime wedge. Serve and enjoy!
