Some may know that I am a personal trainer. I am looking for advice on http://www.cfosterfitness.com and how to spread the news across the internet? I am currently working on adding content, but I really wanted to try and get some visitors.

After an initial review of your SEO metatags, it appears that your <title> can be improved by:

1.  Removal of your name unless it's a major "branded" tradename;

2.  Use of generic entries which will draw more Net traffic to your website along with a specific business locale:  <title> Personal Certified Fitness Instructor Trainer | Winchester, Virginia</title>

Even though you have some of these entries contained in your <description> and <keywords> metatags, it's the <title> and its contents which is FIRST indexed by search spiders/robots.
