I need sleep HELP !!!!!!!!!!?

i realy need sleep every night i get to sleep about 12pm and wake up feeling like c**p can anyone give me any tips on getting to sleep better thanks

  1. Natural remedies include warm milk, melatonin, valerian, 5-HTP and others that you can find in a web search for "natural sleep remedies".


  2. How much are you sleeping total? You don't say.

    Tips that work for me:

    1. No caffiene after about 3 pm.

    2. Read before bed instead of TV.

    3. Really dark room.

    4. Very cool temperature but with loads of blankets so it's like sleeping in on a winter day. :)

    5. If all else fails Tylenol or Advil Pm to help.
