ok well i am in color guard for our schools marching band. And we are doing a solo group. And i really wanna be in it. Its mostly dancing. and Rifles. I did pretty good at pre try outs. But i wanna practice more. I danced when i was little and i just took it back up. Now for the next 2 weeks i need to do dance exercises. I need help their. i cant find an types of exercise or stretches!! Can you help me and find some or give me ideas!! thank you <3
