I need social advice from other teens?

NO ADULTS PLEASE!

Anyways people come up to me and talk, but i can never have an actual reply and its like I'm so quiet. How can break through that?

  1. well i would say smile alot and talk to them

    Here is a tip to make everyday the best it would get

    Wake up in the morning, Plan your day, do everything quick( it makes you feel energetic and confident) When you get out to the door act like you are a quaterback running out to your football game, scream anything, like I CAN DO THIS. Even though its sounds crazy but it works.You will feel alot more confident and outgoing.


  2. Consider yourself lucky that people talk to you- I'm always the one that has to initiate conversation, and I can't do that.

    Just smile, look friendly, and ask questions about that person. And I know everyone says this, but be yourself- if you want to make real friends, make ones that will accept you for being quiet.

  3. You need to train yourself; break out of your comfort zone. Be the person you want to be, don't just dream of her. Good luck!

  4. try harder to talk , its just a habbit you have to force yourself to break
