You need to advertise on free ad sites I know that http://sellit-right.com/ actually can advertise some of your ads as well. Avon's on there so go there I guess.

Make use of blog creating  to talk about your biz etc and allow pll to comment and link too.

Make use of Loot or Yellow Pages (if in UK).

PPC can be quite costly but thers no harm in doing it - its your choice but many stick to 'free' advertising.
