  1. You need to file a dispute with ebay. Look on the left side of the page and click on "Dispute console"

  2. yew cant get your money back =/

i know that happend tooo me, it sucks!!

  3. i'm sorry but there is'nt a way to get your money back the best thing to do is to contact EBAY and tell them

  4. Report the theif to ebay, SquareTrade and www.ic3.gov/.

File ebay, SquareTrade and www.ic3.gov/ disputes now!

  5. Log an item not received claim ASAP - some sellers are bigger than their boots but eBay/PayPal will sort it out.  Today I had two such claims refunded against the seller empress_jose

  6. try to contact the seller again

  7. You can get your money back. Ive done it. You have to file a dispute through Ebay, they will try to contact the person by email. Then the buyer and seller communicate. This is how I resolved my issue. Also I think if you paid with paypal youre covered on items not received.

  8. Contact ebay immediately and file a dispute, unfortunately , also try to dispute the charge with your issuing bank, you probably won't get your money back , but try,,

  9. I believe there is a 15 day period that you have to wait (which you have). you can file a dispute through ebay and reference the auction number. ebay will in turn contact the seller for you and will specify a timeline. should the seller not respond or reconcile the problem, ebay should be able to credit you back the monies you paid, by debiting the sellers bank account. finally, you would be able to place a negative feedback on the seller, so no one has to go through what you just did. just make sure you try and call the seller too...search for seller info via advanced search and there should be a phone number listed. if you havent already done so, make sure you always check and read feedbacks before placing a bid. good luck.

  10. Leave them completely negative feedback and get as much information as possible. Then email them one last time through ebay telling them you are prepaired to take legal action if you do not see your money or product in ten days.

  11. There are rules on E-Bay. Contact them. There is a contact number.

  12. Man, there's a ton of wrong answers here.  Reporting the seller to eBay DOES NOT get your money back.

To get a refund you must file a dispute through PayPal.  If you didn't pay by PayPal, you won't be able to qualify for buyer protection.

This all has to be done within 45 days of the sale date, so make sure to do this right away.  First, sign in at PayPal.  Then click Resolution Center.  In the Resolution Center, click the orange "Dispute a transaction" button.

Now choose "Item Dispute" as the dispute type, and in the next page click "Find transaction ID" to locate the transaction in question.

    Everything else is pretty self-explanatory.
