1. be prepared for probation with community service and restitution.

    3rd strike jail

  2. WOW. So your 15, have been arrested before for theft and got a $200. ticket which you paid. Now do you mean that you were fined $200, for the first charge or are they two different things?

Anyway, now you have stolen a car, stolen $200 more and ran away. And again, you are only 15.

Your spelling shows that you may have skipped a day or two of english class too. But anyway. I don't know what your punishment will be but I can only hope that it is harsh enough to get you to open your eyes and see that you are on the wrong train.

If not, I am sure that we will be reading more about you until you are sent to prison and your mom is quoted as saying "she was always such a good girl." and there is an arresting officer saying you have a rap sheet as long as my leg.

  3. The first thing you have to do is take a step back and really look at where your life is going. If you are 15 and on a 2nd offence with a GTA, you're faaaaaaaaaaaaaar from anything positive in your future.

When you go to court, this will be #1 on the presiding judge's mind. "Is she going to be a deliquent, or has she actually learned something? This is her second offense, so she should have known better... Should I teach her a lesson or give her another chance?"

The best chance you have of looking good in front of the judge is taking action before you go to court... Start doing volunteer work NOW. Enroll in anything extracurricular at school, like a sport. That way, when the judge says, "Why should I give you another chance?" You can show him you are already working on it.

On a side note, clean your act up FAST. I was delinquent as a juvenille, and that record is NOT sealed or forgotten when you turn 18... I'm still paying for stuff I did 20 years ago...

  4. You are going to get community service and probation. They are going to try you as a juvenile. Please don't make that mistake again because everyone make mistake. If you need money try working. If you do that again they are going to try you as an adult and you will be in the pens.
