I need some advice, am I doing the right thing?? (question inside)?

Okay. So I I'm my friend and I say hey, she writes back, "umm hi" I say what's the umm for?..lol and she tells me "Oh well my girlfriend doesn't like me talking to you so just don't tell her i do? kk?" So i tell her okay, and that you know what never mind I just wont talk to you anymore, I'll leave you alone.

What my question is, am I wrong?

I would've done the same thing. Not sure if it's right or wrong, but um..yeah. If she REALLY wanted to talk to you she wouldn't have said that anyway.

No. You have a right to be upset. Never chose a bf or gf over a friend, thats like rule number 2

I wouldn't leave her with that tone necessarily.  I'd try to say something more like, "oh well let me know when you can talk.  I'll still be your friend"

Yes, she has nothing against you, she just doesnt want to upset her girlfriend.

EDIT: Nvm I do think your right. Id be pissed, if shes really your friend she wouldnt have sed umm.
