Okay Im in a new job the last five months where I get to walk alot.Some days I probly walk 2 or 3 miles.In my old job at burger king I gained alot of weight so Im still 50 pounds overweight.Now Im on a healthy balanced diet and eat alot of soups and salads .When I work out I do not know when to stop because I seem to get sore very fast.I can walk alot but it seems like I do 10 situps or leglifts and Im tired.Instead I have been dancing alot but dancing wont get rid of this belly I fear.How many repetitions should I be doing? Im I just feeling the burn and wimping out or am I just very out of shape.Whats the best workout for someone who is 50 pounds overweight and gets winded with all the floor exercises?I really want this but I do not know how many to do or if maybe there is an alternative exercise.
