i leave for boot camp at the end of this month. does anyone have any suggestions on how to get and stay on my superiors good side.

What you do is stay belowe their radar....do what is aasked and do it quickly, don&#039;t cause any waves and you&#039;ll be on their good side. You actually don&#039;t get a paycheck while in training but get it afterwards. Anything needed (personal stuff) you get at the PX will be deducted from you money owed!

First off welcome to the U.S. Military!  I Don&#039;t know what you are going in to Army, Marines, Air Force, Navy?  Kinda need that info before I can tell you anything cause I am Army.  I don&#039;t know about the Marines.  Superiors good side like the Drill Sgt?  That can be easy.....don&#039;t mess up...but you are going to just learn from them and keep you head on and learn...just learn!  That makes it easy and you don&#039;t really want to be on a good or bad side, in basic you just need to get by i think.  kinda like ranger school, you stand out they break you and if you suck they break you.  If you are not noticed....your good!  And you get your first check on well 15 or 1 of the month.  Have fun!

you won&#039;t have access to any money until you graduate.  expect, at minimum six weeks before you get paid.  

you have 2 eyes , 2 ears and one mouth.  use them proportionately.
